Service Agreement

1Services Provided

Photo Booth & Jams offers professional photo booth and DJ services for events including weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, and more. Each booking includes:

• Event Type: As specified during booking.
• Date & Location: As specified in your confirmation.
• Duration: Based on the package or hours selected.
• Deliverables: Online gallery available for 30 days. Access link will be delivered within 7 days after the event. (Photo Booths Only)
• Add-ons: Optional items such as photo albums, extra prints, or extended service hours are available at an additional cost.

Booking a date means that time is reserved exclusively for your event. We do not double-book.

2Payment Terms

• Total Fee: Based on selected services.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.
• Remaining Balance: Due one day before your Event.
• Payment Options: Zelle or credit card. Weekly installment payments are encouraged but not required.
• Late Fees: A 10% late fee may be charged weekly on past-due balances.
• Additional Costs: Any extra services added after booking will be invoiced separately and must be paid in advance or at the event.

3Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to the full service fee. Credit may be applied toward a future rescheduled event if agreed in writing.
• Rescheduling: Subject to availability. Prompt notice is encouraged to avoid conflicts. Additional charges may apply.
• Our Cancellations: In rare cases of emergency or unavailability, we will provide a qualified substitute. If none is available, a full refund will be issued.

4Client Responsibilities

• Ensure venue access and required permissions are granted for setup and operation.
• Ensure all individuals being photographed consent to being photographed.
• Cooperate with our team to achieve the best results and provide necessary event details ahead of time.

5Image Rights & Usage

• All images are copyrighted by Photo Booth & Jams.
• Clients receive a non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
• Commercial use or redistribution of images is prohibited without written consent.
• Unless requested otherwise in writing, Photo Booth & Jams may use photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and portfolio.

6Liability

• We are committed to high-quality service but are not liable for conditions beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure).
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
• Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Photo Booth & Jams against any claims arising from guest conduct or circumstances beyond our control.
• If a venue requires liability insurance we can provide proof of insurance, also known as COI.

7Acceptance of Terms

By booking with us, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Your payment and event confirmation serve as acknowledgment and acceptance of this agreement.
